Its a 3 bedroom house, security screens all round. 5 minute drive to the shopping center and 2 minute drive to the local corner store. Short drive to Richlands train and bus station. Access to fully furnished house, all you need is your bedroom furniture. You will have the main bedroom with an en suite with double sliding door wardrobe. Have a good sized outdoor area with a bbq and outdoor setting that seats 8. Two large living areas. Have air con in the main living room also. Good sized kitchen. Dining area seats 4. Splitting inside and outside cleaning/maintenance duties. We get a cleaner every two weeks also for a couple of hours just to do the bathrooms, dusting and mopping which would work out to about $20 each between the 3 of us. Weekly price includes rent and reasonable electricity and water use. $200 per week. Rent also include NBN internet with unlimited use. Im a 35yo male and a pretty relaxed, friendly and clean person.
