Need to fill rooms soon to keep the house other housemates have moved. Both rooms can be rented separately or together for $250 per week. Electricity up to $400 per quarter is included, anything over to split and covered separately. Some lounge furniture yet to be moved in. Back patio will also be mostly cleared and available to put stuff out on. House is in quiet area and within short drive to shopping centre or moderate walk to buses. It has ceiling fans throughout plus an aircon in spacious lounge which can cool/heat almost all of the house. All windows in house are screened and tinted too so no strong sunlight unless opened - windows do catch good sunlight. The windows catch good breezes. Currently no internet as waiting for nbn work to be completed (supposed to done in by end of the month). Once on, will be connected asap and monthly bill then to be shared. Yard is fenced with a water tank and there is a decently sized covered back patio facing towards park and neighbours only on one side of house. Rooms available are unfurnished and there likely will be space elsewhere in house for some other furnishings. Rooms are mirror image / same size to each other and share the bathroom. Both rooms have built-ins + ceiling fans and can fit double bed comfortably (queen size can fit but bit squeezy) Would prefer to rent both rooms together to one person. The bathroom then would be for yourself. Will need own fridge (there is 1 available to use for yourself but it is old and small. I have my own due to special dietary needs). Preference in renting both rooms together to one person giving then own bathroom and bedroom as well as some separate individual space. Main bedroom is separated away from the bedrooms by bathrooms in between so having both bedrooms will give own separate space to self almost exclusively. Only the laundry and laundry closet is close to the bedrooms available. Rent is payable by bank direct to landlord's account, this is as renting directly from him. Landlord will be having some repairs/renovations (mostly just floors and minor upkeep work) done over next few months so will have be ok with that. Sorry, no other pets allowed presently but can try asking if it's an issue. Another inside cat may be allowed upon request. Other contained pets (fish/birds) should be ok too on request. However backyard fence is not secure for a dog.
