You would share the house with two female housemates in their twenties. They are friendly and respectful, work full time and keep the place clean and tidy.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a timber double bed and two bedside tables, a bedside lamp, a study desk, a computer monitor and an office chair.

The townhouse is fully furnished with a large fridge, a front load washing machine, a modern dinner table with four dining chairs, and modern leather sofas.

NBN is connected to the townhouse with unlimited data at the highest internet speed (Tier 5).

You would have exclusive use of the single car garage for parking. Storage in the garage is shared between the three tenants.

The townhouse features stylish light filled interiors with generous open living spaces flowing effortlessly to a covered patio in a beautiful garden with mountain views.

In the kitchen you will find stone bench tops, European stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and plenty of cupboards, as well as a generous storage space tucked away beneath the staircase.
