You would share the house with two female housemates in their late twenties. They are friendly and respectful, working full time and keeping the place clean and tidy.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with a timber double bed and bedside tables, a bedside lamp, a study desk, a computer monitor and an office chair.

The townhouse is fully furnished with a large fridge, a front load washing machine, a modern dinner table with four dining chairs, and modern leather sofas. Thermal comfort is ensured in the living space with an air conditioner and large windows.

Utilities are included the rent, A large roof top solar with batteries have kept rent at the low end of the market price as electricity is a part of the rent.

The townhouse features stylish light filled interiors with generous open living spaces flowing effortlessly to a covered patio in a beautiful garden with mountain views.

In the kitchen you will find stone bench tops, European stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and plenty of cupboards, as well as a generous storage space tucked away beneath the staircase.
