A quiet little place in a block of units. Everything is super close. There's so many food places near by, a train station, the city 20mins away, a gym around the corner and centrally located to lots of things in a quiet neighbourhood. A basic queen size bed frame will happily be purchased (so no sleeping on the floor) if you need one, alongside a basic set of draws, and all artwork currently in the room will be taken out :)
