This is a nice little 3 bedroom house, great location and lovely neighborhood. It's definitely on the vintage side, but it's comfortable and homey nonetheless! It's not high on amenities but there is a lovely big bath, toilet separate to the bathroom, a mid sized kitchen and a lovely back and front patio. It's literally right next to the gym and some other small shops and very close to anything else you need, and during weekdays there is a bus from 6am to 6pm approx that goes right past the house. Every month or so we'll likely get someone by to trim up the garden, but if you want to take that over it's a manageable size. We're looking for someone who is inclined to being mellow and quiet and doesn't mind discussing needs openly, is willing to communicate and cooperate and respects other's privacy, belongings and personhood. Neither smoke nor are big drinkers, not a party house, but a friendly one. :)
This is a newly developed property in a quiet townhouse area which is very relaxing. The house is 2 stories and VERY spacious and currently it is just the two of us living here and love the place! Downstairs we have a very big open loungeroom, a kitchen with loads of bench space, an outside patio (undercover), laundry and single bathroom. All the bedrooms are upstairs with a large shared bathroom between 2 of the rooms and my other housemate has his own personal ensuite. We have the fastest unlimited NBN plan that was offered by Amaysim which works great. And there is plenty of parking outside of the house. We are located an easy 25 minute drive from the City and are only a 4 minute drive to a shopping centre. We haven't had a third roommate before and currently split the rental property of $365 a week fairly between the 2 of us. I am looking to move out at the beginning of August which would mean that the rent would go back to what I pay now $170 but will be looking also for someone to take my place.
