The property is in the corner and along the main road, neighbours are quite, fence around the property and have a driveway that you can park two cars inside the place. The room itself is fully furnished like double bed, ceiling fan, window air conditioner,clean house, all rooms have aircon and have wifi. l prefer the person is clean in the house, no children, don't smoke, no parties in my house, respect each other and if she have a boyfriend not allowed to stay in the house. 6 months is the most long stay but if we get along we can talk about it.
It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but near the motorway to get to places quickly. As well as 5 minute walk from the train station to were trains run every 10-15 minutes. It’s fully furnished excluding the bedroom, unlimited internet will be available. The outside is not much to look at but the inside is very nice.

This house is brick with a large yard and very nice swimming pool for the summer months. I have BBQ facilities and plenty of room to have your own space when you dont feel like company. There is a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen and also a shared office/study space. There is a bus stop on both sides of the street right outside our door. And only a few minutes drive to Oxley central. The room available is a good size and comes furnished or unfurnished and has a walk in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared. This is not a party house however you're free to entertain as you please within reason!
