Hello,
I’m Suzanah, a fun and friendly woman in her late 50’s with no kids or grandkids, I just have a beautiful well behaved cat. I am looking to rent out a room in my townhouse in Richlands which is close to all amenities and public transport. I’m open and flexible with who I share with as long as you are honest, trustworthy and respectful. I have a tranquil courtyard you can enjoy and outside smoking is permitted. I go out of my way to make sure people feel welcome and comfortable in my home. There is only 1 car space which my car occupies, most is the ample street parking, however depending on the size of you car, there is an opportunity to possibly tandem park in the driveway overnight. The third bedroom is vacant and will remain so, I have some storage space available in there if extra space is needed. I’m flexible and open to having a chat to discuss options and to see if we could be the right fit.
