• For your private use: microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, air fryer, full set of kitchenware (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery).

• Fully furnished, modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath double-storey home.
• Upstairs room includes: king single bed, fan, heater, desk, TV, portable air conditioner, and good ventilation.
• Downstairs: living room with air-conditioning in the dining/kitchen area, plus internal laundry with dryer and clotheslines.
• Parking: limited complex car park + street parking available.
• Rent includes internet.

Rent & Bond
• No bond required.
• Rent is paid 2weeks in advance.
• To secure the room: a holding deposit equal to 1 weeks’ rent is required.
• If you cancel before moving in → the holding deposit is non-refundable.
• If you move in → the holding deposit will automatically become your first 3 weeks’ rent in advance.
• Notice to leave: 1 month in advance.
