Looking forward to hearing from you! :) IMPORTANT POINTS FIRST - Your application will be pending approval from the real estate agent; therefore you must provide references, 100 points of ID, payslips etc. - Rent amount - $608.33 per month each (paid on the 1st of the month). - Bond will need to be decided by our agency – please ignore “Bond is 2 weeks rent”. - Whatever way you earn money is fine, but you must be able to pay rent on time. - The lease is for 12 months, which started in mid-May. If the landlords allow it, we will probably look to extend our lease after this time. - Bills are split evenly 3 ways. - We have cable WIFI internet at the property which is pretty quick and unlimited. - You must be good with dogs. We have two large dogs (one giant), who can be a bit full on at times, but otherwise are mostly sleepy. They are both very sweet friendly dogs. THE ROOM & HOUSE The bedroom is approximately 8.7ft x 10ft and has a built in robe and shelving. There are some butterfly and flower decals on the wall (it used to be a kids room) which came with the house, so I assume they have to stay. The room has blackout blinds and looks out to the backyard (with a shade-cloth over the window). You will have your own bathroom, which has a sunken spa/shower. We would love to be able to use the bathtub from time to time (prearranged with you, of course, to make sure it doesn't affect your schedule). And we are happy to share cleaning of that bathroom for that reason. You'd absolutely be free to use our ensuite if need be while we were using the bath.There is a separate toilet as well. There is on street parking (no restrictions). It’s a safe neighbourhood, so your car should be fine – people park on our street to go to the station all the time. In saying that, if you think your handbrake can handle our super steep driveway you're more than welcome to park in the driveway next to the house. The house has heating & air-conditioning, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a workshop/garage out the back which you will have access to. We have Netflix :) The house is less than a 10 minute walk to Greensborough Station. The house has a balcony leading from the loungeroom which is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view over the neighbourhood. We do go to the gym ( which is located at the end of the street) but not religiously. Were not health freaks either, we do definitely enjoy take out every now and again. Weekends, if we aren't working, are being spent relaxing, shopping, catching up with friends, going out (for a dance and drink), going to the footy, sleeping or taking trips away.
