Price listed is for basically the entire downstairs - suggest as a bedroom and WFH office (or two bedrooms), keeping the downstairs living area as communal. ps5 ready to share and all streaming services. Downstairs has it's own front door, heaps of privacy.
You'll also have the "guest" bathroom upstairs as your own, I've got an ensuite. Off-street parking for a cars very comfortably, Even room for tool trailer off street. spacious driveway, and I've got a spot at top front of house.
Open to pets especially Bigger DOGS. I'll consider a well-trained smaller dog but have some baggage about yappy little biters terrorizing the place..
Space available due to sudden breakup two months into a 12mo lease, so that's fun...
I work a lot (2 jobs, One in construction and the sales at night remotely from home office) and I'm at the gym when I'm not at work, so, I'd feel better knowing someone was home using this big ol' space and enjoying it.
Aircon, heating, freshly reno'ed so the kitchen etc is lovely, dishwasher, push mower for the lawn which I like to stay on top of. Its a clean house and I love it that way. Lots of art and not a lick of mould anywhere in the house (in a sharehouse? I know, right?).
The house is a real "entertainer" but I'm a not a drinker and work heaps.. Not against guests, partners, and the occasional shindig, but need you to not be getting fucked up on weeknights or smoking anything in the house. Vaping fine.
The catch is me, I'm clean and I am busy. No roster bullshit but I'll bust your ass if I see food scraps left out attracting ants. And a Tonya Harding type if you mess me around with late rent. ;-)
Stoked if you are an outgoing, outdoorsy, hard working late 20s upwards with a good group of mates and loves to cook a good meal.. My schedule is pretty hectic and I can't pretend I'm trying to build a little commune where we all cook together here but, Milk and condiments are everyones. and TP, raid away, I've got a Costco membership if you want to go!
