The property is double brick but renovated inside. It's big, clean and easy to maintain. It comes furnished. Bills and internet are cheap but I think the best part of this place is the location! Sad I'm leaving during summer but I know who ever moves in will absolutely love being here. You have the huge back yard with a bbq if you want. Just one street back from the beautiful Elwood Beach and all of the hubs of Elwood! Such a dream house.
