We have a huge backyard and it is about 15-20 min walk to the beach. It’s a 5 minutes walk from ripponlea station, and is also close to chapel street and Carlisle street. There is an air conditioner, dishwasher and washing machine. The house is fully furnished (the bedroom isn’t though)
