The place is on the second level of a group of six units located in Elwood in very close proximity to the beach and the bustling Ormond road which is packed with an abundance of awesome places to grab a bite or something to drink. Elsternwick park is also at the other end of the street and makes for an awesome place to chill out. It is easy to get around by public transport with buses, trams and trains all close by. If you have a car, there is on street parking. The house itself is a 2 bedroom unit, with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In terms of furnishings, everything except for your room is filled with furniture and appliances. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and a clothesline out the back there is also a laundromat on Ormond road. I have a 50inch TV set up in the living room along with an Xbox and Google home mini (I love my tech).

Trams on Brighton Road are less than 100 metres away and Ripponlea and Windsor Stations are close by too. It's a 3 bedroom house with massive floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. There's one bathroom, lounge room and large open plan kitchen/dining room. It's double brick so cool in summer, and ducted heating that is great so nice and warm in the winter. There's also a nice backyard. We are looking for a male working full time that likes dogs, someone that's happy to either socialise but at the same time respecting other's space. Ideally wants to stay long term and don't want any dramas. The house really is awesome! It's more like a home than a typical share house. The house a large cottage style home, nestled in the Urban Oasis of Elwood. We're on the main drag of the cafes/bars and the location is incredible. The beach is a few minutes walk away, while Elsternwick park is around the corner with Elsternwick train station being a ten minute walk. The rooms are large and there is plenty of storage/cupboard space for the third housemate. Our yard provides shading and grassed areas with some hammocks setup for R&R. We have tons of fun together, share a laugh, keep the house clean and absolutely love the place. The bathroom is large with a working spa both for those winter months. All rooms have air con as well as ducted heating throughout the joint. It certainly has a lot of charm in an area that is renowned for its cafes, restaurants and bars. The location is awesome if you enjoy Elwood, St.Kilda and the beach. Right across the road from the Botanical gardens. Bonus is you get the lock up garage as Emilia has the bigger bedroom, parking can be hard so this is definitely a plus!
