A chilled out living room which can be turned into accomodation for short term travellers, a good quality kitchen, laundry and bathroom and a dreamy balcony looking onto some banging trees. The vibe is very chilled out, minus my very noisy cat so definitely looking for cat lovers. I also have another cat she’s super sweet and shy. It’s definitely not a party house as it’s a unit and wouldn’t want to upset the lovely neighbours! But do definitely enjoy wine here and there. I’m currently self employed so my schedule is pretty random! I’m definitely a chiller when at home but do love a good boogie out. Into cooking, drawing and sleeping and my two cute cats! Also into travelling quite a lot so I’ll be having my bestie come look after my cats in the winter while I’m away - she’s the best. Looking for a clean, considerate amigo to come join. Looking for a housemate to move into the larger of 2 big bedrooms in my rental property in beautiful Elwood. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double/queen bed and has a massive built in wardrobe with plenty of space to store your things. There is air-conditioning in the living room and heaters in each of the bedrooms. I own pretty much every kitchen appliance known to man and you are welcome to use them (woks, rice cooker, risotto maker, electric cake mixer, coffee machine, food processor, nutribullet, blender etc). The apartment complex itself is well kept, has secure automatic gates and there are 2 tandem parking spots at the rear for the apartment. It is opposite a park which also seems to have plenty of parking along it. Internet and bills will be split between the two of us. Any more questions - just ask! The apartment is not suitable for pets and not big enough for couples unfortunately!

The rent is considerably cheap for the area and the decent size of apartment - it has a separate kitchen, large living area with small dining/study table, bathroom with shower, bath & laundry, separate toilet (which is super convenient when sharing with someone!!) and a cute little balcony! Fully furnished except for your bedroom. However if you have any furniture items you would like to bring I'm open to negotiation :) Especially if you have a couch or fridge I’m happy to negotiate if they're better than mine!
