THE PLACE – Our place is a super spacious apartment, even for 5 people. We have 1 bathroom, maybe 1.5, and which is no issue and very easily worked around. The kitchen is great and spacious and Masterchef friendly with plenty of pantry room. We have a balcony that connects to the lounge room nice enough to sit and have your breakie and a coffee. The room has a built-in robe so you won't need to source one of those. The apartment itself will be furnished. There's also a huge garage in case you need to store anything! We live opposite St. Kilda Botanical gardens which is the best for obvious reasons! It also means if you have a car don’t stress about parking. The whole street has free all-day parking – no permits required! – and there is always a spot somewhere! Public transport wise the Number 3,16,96,67 Trams are all within a 5-10 minute walk to get you into the CBD or down St.Kilda rd. It's a ~12-minute walk to Balaclava Train Station. Acland street is a 5-minute walk away with awesome cafes, bars, and shops. Woolies and Coles are a 5-10 minute walk away and Aldi just a little further.
