Right beside Beaufort St with Coles just down the road and Morley Galleria 3 minutes away. There's only one car here so we have space for another out the front. Potential flatmates must be LGBT-friendly as a transgender girl and her girlfriend are two of the tenants. Internet is (sadly) not NBN but is unlimited and cost is shared between housemates. The room itself is unfurnished and there's some space around the house for our new housemate. Appliances are provided but if you have your own we can try to figure something out. Everyone buys their own food, we have a second fridge you will share with one other person.
