Renting the large bedroom with en-suite on the lower level. I'd prefer to keep the number of occupants at two, providing us both with a sense of space and privacy. It's important to me that cleaning responsibilities for shared areas are divided fairly. I'm not pedantic, but I do expect others to clean up after themselves within a reasonable amount of time. It is a decent sized, wonderfully low maintenance 4x2 home, located in Morley. The house is fully furnished, except for the bedroom that is on offer. The room has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between 3 house mates. It is situated on the rear lot behind another house - so no frontage - meaning no lawns to mow and minimal garden to upkeep. This also means we have a fair bit of privacy. The car bays in the garage are now taken, so it will be street parking for the remaining tenant coming in. The house has a small paved, cute courtyard - great for entertaining. I have a barbecue you are welcome to use and a Webber too. There's a pot-bellied chiminea for a wood fire in the colder months as well. There’s an outdoor fridge, for drinks to go in when entertaining, and a chest freezer for overflow storage. Each section of the house can be closed off, handy if you want some separation from the dining room or lounge room activities. There is ducted, evaporative air conditioning throughout the house, and a gas heater in the lounge room for winter. I don't have a dryer for the laundry, but the washing machine I have is new and available for use by everyone. The outdoor line gets plenty of the breeze and sunshine to dry your clothes quickly. Bills have proven to be pretty cheap as I’m not home a lot to use the utilities. Close to Morley Galleria and bus stops, and a local shopping centre (Woolies/Coles, various fast food joints) are in walking distance too. 1 last room is available for rent at $150 plus bills.

Hello everyone. My name is Aaron. I have room available (well there are actually two empty rooms which I rarely use so the choice is yours!) for a friendly, easy-going and sociable (preferably female) housemate. Currently there is Foxtel connected although I am questioning the value of retaining it when the contract comes up in May â€“ though once again Iâ€™m happy to have a discussion about keeping it connected. Iâ€™m a very clean and tidy person by nature so the house is almost always immaculate so somebody who is also neat and tidy would be essential. There are several nearby bus stops with routes directly (or via Morley) to the city or to the Beaufort Street Mt Lawley restaurant/bar/cafÃ© strip. The Galleria Shopping Centre is only a 15-minute walk away and there is a small IGA even closer for emergency items. Me? Iâ€™m a mellow, laid-back guy who is quietly spoken by nature but still very sociable. Iâ€™m a professional who does the regular Monday-Friday 9-5 thing. I enjoy making the most of the bar/restaurant scene with friends but when Iâ€™m home I enjoy cooking and I also love my wine â€“ although I rarely drink when Iâ€™m at home â€“ so I look forward to being able to share a glass of wine with a housemate at the end of the day to unwind from work.
