I've got a large partly furnished room available in the centre of Sutherland's business area. Fantastic location for easy access to local shops, public transport and all that's in/around the shire. The apartment is on the top floor and overlooks the national park so it's a nice relaxed vibe close to nature with awesome views to the south. It's great to sit out on the large balcony on sunny days and watch/listen to the cockatoo's or catch a sunset. The complex has secure swipe access with lift, a small gym (not great though), indoor pool/spa and sauna. Its a 5 minute walk to the station and bus terminal with shops (Coles/IGA) across the road, restaurants nearby, coffee shop, bottleshop, pub, sushi train and the aquatic centre within walking distance down the road. Pretty much on the doorstep to the Sutherland business area with great links to get out of Sydney (south coast) if you want to. The room has a queen size bed and bookshelf together with built in wardrobe with full length mirror doors. Heaps of natural light! I also have unlimited internet which, together with electricity, is included with rent.

The people here are the greatest part, but on top of that, we have a lovely private front garden and the house have enough space that if you feel like you want time to yourself, you will always be able to find it. Although the description says on streets parking there is some off street. Internet is not connected as I use hotspot wifi for my needs
We have a large home only 5 minutes walk to the train station, on street parking and fantastic views of the National Park. It’s quiet around here with no loud traffic noise and we have a lot of native wildlife visit us. There are also many bush walking trails to go on. Our house is renovated with a brand new kitchen and appliances and bathroom. We have ducted aircon/heating and fans in all the bedrooms. We have 2 tv areas and wifi is available for $10 per week if needed.
