Nice home, Quite spot, surrounded by bush, close enough to Engadine to walk and closer to the bowling club and the cafe. Bottle shop within walking distance if you drink to much and run out. There is a little creek in the adjoining bush if you want to take a walk and if you want to get away from it all you can pitch a tent at the bottom of the block and you wouldnt know your in Sydney. There is a pool if you want to use it. I look after it but I can always use a hand. Bush views of course best from the main bedroom. Wi Fi is available free unless you dont pay your rent. haha.
It is a good size room next to the bathroom. It has a built in wardrobe. Double bed and other furniture available if needed. Must like dogs. There are two small very loving and happy little dogs living in the house. House is a 5 min walk to station, pub and IGA.. what more do you need?!

My townhouse is part of a complex of 33 and is a very quiet, neighbourly area with a bushy outlook. I am in a particularly quiet section with no traffic at my door, quiet neighbours and a pleasant garden to enjoy. Im enjoying having moved here not 2 years ago. Close to transport and shops and walks. I have air conditioning in the whole house.

The townhouse is very roomy, is an open plan style with a modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a spare toilet. There is garage space if you need it. I have the internet with NBN but I'm not savvy to know if my current plan is adequate for a younger person to share. To be discussed.
