Each of the bedrooms are very large so I will be installing wall beds in the rooms(most probably a double bed). I will also have a TV , a desk and a 2 seater sofa in each room so my tenants can really enjoy their own privacy in a studio like living. The living room will be equipped with a 60inch tv plus a 4 seater fabric sofa. There will be a no food in room and no shoes in house policy (just to keep the place tidy) so you will just have to share the 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen and the living area. Hi all, I'm going overseas for six weeks from 12 December 2016 to 21 January 2017 and am looking for someone or a couple to move in to my room for that time. The house is on a quiet, leafy, suburban street in Alexandria. We have a backyard with a table and chairs and BBQ for the upcoming summer months, a living room with a large TV, and two bathrooms. We are a lively household that like to have fun and throw the occasional party, but we also respect each other's space and needs to study/work etc in quiet. For five of the six weeks, there will only be one other housemate, Will, who works in legal and social justice, as the other housemate will be overseas too. For those five weeks, the big bathroom will be all yours. We have an unlimited, for practical purposes, internet bandwidth included in the $250/week rent. All bills such as electricity and water are also already included in this sum. The location is convenient as Redfern station is a 10 minute walk away and will get you to central in a couple of minutes. We go away about 2-3 weeks every 6 months and we need a flatmate who is happy to look after our dog in our absence. There is not much to it, give her a walk a day and put food out. She will follow you around and loves getting pats. We would negotiate a tradeoff in rent reduction for the time. The bathroom is newly renovated with a huge bathtub and shower over it, the water pressure is great for the shower and we have a big boiler for constant hot water. There is a large internal laundry room with a brand new 8kg washing machine. We are both respectful of each other privacy and whilst the house is not a party house we still a social atmosphere. We have a lovely dog Jake who also shares with us and is super friendly and loves cuddles, so sorry no other pets. We are looking for a friendly professional person, preferably female 28+, to share our house. We'd like someone considerate, who is social but respectful and of course who pays rent on time and is fairly tidy. We want someone who will make this their home rather than just somewhere to stay. Hi there, this is a huge flat (for inner sydney living) with a huge living room and an additional office space that is currently not used + secure parking. the house has spa, swimming pool and gym and is close to train + bus station (redfern). There is some train and car noise but directly in front of the apartment is a park and there are windows everywhere with green outlook. the kitchen is reasonably sized. I have a cat (very cuddly but respectful) and you could use the parking as i dont have a car.

Our house is located around the corner from Erskineville shops and is super close to everything: - Woolworths ~5min walking - Erskineville & Macdonaldtown station ~3-4min walking - Newtown station ~ 8min walk - USYD ~15-20min walk The house is a terrace with courtyards front and back (fairy lights soon to be added) and french doors that open the back courtyard up to the lounge area. Bottom level is open plan & is the general living area, upstairs are bedrooms. There is a lot of natural light (skylight downstairs) and modern kitchen with a gas stove and ample storage. We have only recently moved in so still acquiring furniture... currently meals are taken in one of our two chairs, or on the floor. Those are the options. (we decided to build our own couches but the materials are still coming, sorry!) The room itself is large and airy with good morning sunlight, its own private balcony and an ensuite. This room is offered as a short stay only - from Tuesday 20th December 2016 until Wednesday 25th January whilst I am overseas. The rent is $250 per week or $1250 for the five weeks plus a bond of $500 which will be returned to you upon my return on Thursday 26th January. The minimum stay is four weeks. The room is very large and it fronts onto King St! All you have to do is open the double doors to catch the breeze and see and hear the vibrant Newtown street life! There are literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from, lots of pubs and bars and, of course, there is my favourite place - the Dendy Cinema.
