Massive 3 bed, 3 level terrace house, just on the city fringe! Big paved backyard and tonnes of room with seating and balconies on 2 bedrooms (including your bedroom!). Amazing location - 9 minute walk to Redfern station and 10 minute walk to Erskineville stations. Tonnes of restaurants, pubs and cafe's in the area. The Alexandria hotel is only a 3.5 minute walk from the house and the Rock's brewery is only a few steps further. Fratelli Fresh is just on the corner and there are ridiculous amounts of cool cocktail bars in Redfern. Getting into the CBD is super easy by bus, train or a super quick cab. In fact, the 308 bus comes right out the front of the house. 2 bedrooms in the house have balconies and the other bedroom is up in the attic. We live directly opposite a recording studio and its quite fun watching the celebrities come and go from the front balcony. Only thing is that there are going to be apartments being built on our street this year which might be annoying if you are on night shift and need to sleep during the day. The front room looks over Mitchell road so does have some car noise however, its not too loud. We have no aircraft noise as all. The house is fully furnished and we really dont need anything, however you are welcome to bring in anything that can fit into the house. THere is not a tonne of room but we can definitely find some room for your stuff. We have a massive telly and TONNES of DVD's however the TV is a smart tv so you can just connect to a hard drive and watch whatever you want. We have a LOT of viewing options if you are that way inclined. We have a great back courtyard with seating which is a lovely place for an afternoon beer. There are tonnes of plants at the moment but most will be leaving soon. So definitely happy for someone to bring in any plants to the home! We also have some really lovely neighbours who are good for a chat. Oh yeah, we have one full bathroom with a bath and then one other toilet downstairs. Theres heaps of off street parking in the back streets so no probs if you have a car. We have the current lease until January 2018 at which point we will apply to continue the lease as the house is awesome. You dont need to go on the lease but we are ideally wanting someone who wants to stay until jan next year. Deffo not looking for short term stays. Rent includes bills which means Gas, Electricity, unlimited internet which is really fast. We all download heaps of stuff all the time and have never had any problems with speed. So, rent including bills is $320 per week. We have a pool in the complex, You'll have your own bed room, bathroom, and balcony. Washing machine, Dryer, dishwasher, Kitchen with gas stove, fridge and microwave, living room with TV and Netflix and sofa couch are already here and balcony too off the living room too.. To top it off, all bills are included in the rent. Only down side is there is no oven but I'm working on that. Also if you have a car, there's no parking space for the complex but there's a lot of streets around.
