Prices are non-negotiable, please respect this "1 of 1" all inclusive Tri-Level Terrace normally never available. If you want cheaper, there are other "normal homes" to choose from.

There are house rules. Quiet hours between 11pm and 6am (no making loud noise or cooking extensively late at night). No smoking. Each room take turn every weekend using cleaning spreadsheet to clean common areas (still expected to clean after yourself during the week). There will always be order and quality housemates.
3 warnings for breaking house rules = receive notice to leave. There is also 1 month probation, during that period 1 week notice can be issued by me. After that period 4 weeks notice on both sides.
