I’ve just moved in! So still working a few things out. House will be fully furnished other than your bedroom! I have the main bedroom so you can pick from either two remaining, and the other will be set up as a spare for guests/family if anyone needs to stay. You’ll also get the main bathroom to yourself which has a bath and toilet. There is an extra toilet downstairs and also plenty of storage. But the spare bedroom can also be used to store anything extra. There is a single garage and extra carport - I’m happy to have the carport if you’d like the garage. I have signed a 6 month lease and would expect the roommate to sign as well. My plans are to stay here long term but are dependent on getting a housemate - so happy for someone to move in who’s looking for something 6 months or longer.
