The house has convenient access to public transport. Bus stop is literally at the front of the house and train station is about 2kilometres away. Living with two pretty awesome housemates (If I do say so myself), in a great central location. A nice old school queenslander with style. Lots of natural light (which our plants love) and a newly renovated kitchen. A nice big backyard with a deck to chill on and a recent addition of a veggie patch. One bathroom which is shared and never a problem, with a shower over bath! Your room is one of the biggest in the house, right up the front. 2 large windows so nice and bright with curtains to keep out the sun in the morning. Nice wooden floors, easy to clean. The room would easily fit a big bed, desk, chair with room to spare. The house is really central to everything in Paddington. 5 minute walk to Woolies, buses into the city and cafes in almost every direction. Pretty quiet street and neighbours are nice. Lots of cats in the neighbourhood too, sometimes they come over to say hi. The apartment is a huge 2 bed, 2 bath in the Capri building in Newstead. The building has a large pool and also a gym.
