About the property
My house is a full double bricked house which is cool in summer and warm in winter. You will have a balcony to chill out on there is an upstairs second living room which you can use. The downstairs living room is for me. The bathroom is beside the bedroom which has a shower and bath the toilet is seperate. There is a ceiling fan in the room aswel as access to the outside back balcony. External access also if you wanted to use the back. I live next to the bus stop so access to public transportation is amazing. Close to shops and 15min walk to Brookside shopping centre. I love plants and have a very green finger which makes my house very peaceful and relaxing with a very welcoming feeling.

About the flatmates
Moved here from Ireland 15years ago now. I live with my 21yo son who works full time as do I I work from home on Mondays. I am a hairdresser and have my own salon at Graceville. I love to travel and enjoy life. We love to play music and go JetSki when we have the time. (Not as often as I would like) We both love to have a chat and are very open minded. Love to have a drink on wknd. also enjoy time to myself. I keep a very clean and tidy house(ocd) lol where I expect the same from you. I don’t mind if you smoke as long as it’s outside. I do have a Jack Russelll who is outside most of the time and he is very friendly. The kitchen is a shared space which will always to be left clean and tidy as you found it.
