Come and live in our beautiful house in the heart of leafy Clifton hill. Our little home is a 3 minute walk from Clifton hill station, less than 5 minutes from the stunning Yarra bend national park and only 20 minutes walk from both Northcote high st, and Brunswick st. I have lived here for for nearly a year now, and have been doing my best to make this little house a home. We have small but cosy living room, complete with record player, TV (I am not a tv watcher, so this is mainly used for the occasional film of netflix series) fast broadband connection and a desk. The kitchen, pantry and laundry are small but super functional and a great place to hand out drinking wine while cooking. But the best part of the house is definitely the garden. This is jam packed full of life, with a large veggie patch (i am trying to grow all my own veg, so there is heaps to go round!) a small patch of grass for a bit of sunbaking in the summer, and a large built in seating area, perfect for hosting BBQs and summer hangouts around the fire pit. There is also a large shed/workshop to the rear, which will soon be transformed into a carpentry workshop/creative space for making and playing. The bedroom is the front room, it is a large double, with wooden flooring and north facing window. It will be freshly decorated and have new curtains..

Hey there come check out our house here in Alphington, I say that but we're only a few minutes walk from Fairfield station and the busy station street that is home to numerous restaurants and shops. Our house is a lovely old styled Victorian with high ceilings, thick walls and plenty of space to get comfortable in. The room that is advertised is up on the second floor and features an air conditioner and a lovely view out onto the street that actually looks pretty nice considering our suburban neighbourhood. You'll be sharing the upstairs with two guys, Caillin and Chris, so that includes the shower and bathroom but they keep it clean anyway so there's not much to worry about. The rent for this place is pretty cheap considering the area and the bills aren't expensive since most of us have our own things going on and aren't eating into them. Rent is $690 to be paid on the 5th of each month and bills will be taking care of as they come in.
