The property is completely furnished - you will only need to furnish your bedroom! Should the need for bedroom furniture be requested - I might be able to supply for the right person. Unlimited Wifi Internet is also available with the use of Stan and Netflix. Rent is $180 per week - electricity and internet are all extra (internet is $40 per month). I am looking for a person that is clean and tidy and respects my space and privacy. Whilst I do enjoy a glass of wine (or a bottle) after work, this is not a party house. There are 2 medium sized dogs at the property (Siberian Huskies) so a person who is good with dogs is a must. Both are super friendly and will gladly talk your ear off when you get home and then they settle right down - quite lazy dogs really.
