You will be taking my outgoing housemates' room, which is roomy enough to fit a King bed and drawers/bedside table (at least that's what she's been able to fit in there!!). In terms of the location of the apartment; Argyle Street, just off the corner of Johnson and Brunswick Sts right in the middle of Fitzroy surrounded by bars, pubs, and more food places than you could poke a stick at, plus a Coles supermarket and 2 tram lines (numbers 11 and 96)... You literally have everything right here on your doorstep! If you need to bring a car, unfortunately I have taken the secured off-street carspot, HOWEVER you are able to pay for a monthly permit in the off-street Coles carpark right across the street from the apartment, or else you could try to park on-street. The room was initially taken by a mate of mine, but they had to renege at the last minute unfortunately. It will be ideal to find someone for this spot sooner rather than later, but these places don't last too long so I'm hoping this chance won't be around for long. My parents bought the flat from housing so it's in the comission block. Its literally a five minute walk from the city. You got smith street with all the outlets, adidas, seafolly. Amazing cafes and restaurants. Theres a tram at your door. Coles is down the road. Australian Catholic College is a 2 minute walk.. RMIT and Victoria University are not far, a few minute drive. Its furnished however the main bedrooms bed needs to be put together. One room has bunkbeds double on the bottom, single on the top. Theres an empty room which will need a bed. There's a heater of course and 3 fans which we need when its hot but i do plan to do more too the flat in the near future.

Live in an almost-new apartment with amazing views north over Collingwood! About the place: Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with north-facing balcony. It is just 3 minutes from Smith St and the 86 tram, as well as 10 minutes from Brunswick St. The apartment is fully furnished and the room itself is semi-furnished with a bed. The available room also has has built in robes. The apartment building is virtually brand-new, and includes roof-top pool and BBQ area. The only downside is that I am current occupying the car space, and on-street parking is limited (and mostly metered). Therefore it would best suit someone without a car. Rent is $1,125 per calendar month (4.33 weeks), averaging out at $260 per week. On top of that, bills for internet, electricity, gas/ hotwater come out at $20 a week.
