It’s the ultimate location, just 100 metres from Brunswick St. and a 10 minute tram into the city (trams 96 and 11). It is a four-storey, townhouse with a secure entrance, an open living/entertaining floor and rooftop terrace.

The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and chair. It has it's own bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
Also plenty of linen, towels, hair dryer, ect that you could need to feel at home all included - just walk in.

The house is furnished. Separate laundry with washer and dryer, 1st-floor separate toilet, separate main bathroom has bath and shower, perfect for shared living.
The top floor is a bright, open living area - kitchen/dining has air-conditioning and lovely evening breezes. The kitchen is stocked full of all the cooking utensils, entertaining dishes, pots, woks, pans, coffee machine... everything you could need.

Private rooftop terrace has an awesome view over Fitzroy ideal for evening entertaining, has a table and chair setting plus chill modular couches that can easily be moved around to watch sunset.

Lillie (24) and Luke (28), Master bedroom -
Originally from New Zealand, both very active, enjoy running and cycling. Lillie is a project manager working in the city and Luke works from home as a graphic designer.

Millie (25), floor bedroom -
From the UK, and works at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Millie likes travelling and moved into the house in January.

We're a pretty relaxed house, happy to spend time together but also off exploring Melbourne regularly.
