We have one room available now! We are looking for someone to stay on with us for at least 12 months. Sorry but no couples. Polished floorboards throughout the whole house. Ducted floor heating in every room, and a wall A/C in the kitchen/living area. All communal areas are furnished, but we are looking for a washing machine and a TV. The bedroom is well sized and has a built-in wardrobe. Though there’s only one bathroom, there are 2 toilets in the house (one being a separate loo attached to the laundry). We also have a pretty nice garden with plenty of places to sit n chill or entertain your mates in the backyard as well as the front. Location-wise, the house is situated on Blackburn Road.
