Singles are $280, around $30 Bills.

This house is available for anyone, but eventually I'd prefer a long term housemate. If you're thinking long term, definitely msg.

3 Bedroom house (you have the Master, I have the 2 small rooms), shared bathroom w/ sep toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, very large lounge w/ Air Con and Heater, separate laundry. Carpet in Lounge and Bedrooms. Rear yard fully enclosed/ private.

There's also a single garage barely being used. It's not practical to have a car in there, but a bike or similar would be fine. Heaps of storage.

I have the 2 small rooms. I'm in my bedroom or my hang out room 90% of the time. The lounge and meals areas are all yours.

Master Bedroom (yours) is 3.45m x 3.14m. BIR is huge (over 3m wide).

Meals Area is also yours. It's empty, I have a table and chairs in the garage. You can use my table, or bring anything you want.

The Driveway is mostly yours too.

You'll see me in passing when I'm going to the kitchen, bathroom, laundry or garage. I rarely cook so the kitchen is always free. I also do all the Cat Maintenance.

The only time I'm around for more than a few mins is if I'm eating, which I sometimes do in the lounge.

I'm extremely flexible, you can rearrange things to suit you. Bring your own stuff, as much - or as little - as you like.

Brilliant location in a quiet estate 3 min walk to Forest Hill Chase (Shopping Centre) and plenty of buses. Tram is 15 walk, train about 25 min walk, or bus from The Shopping Centre.

I keep a nice house, you only need do the bare minimum.
Other than cleaning after yourself, the only required housework is to take the bins out.

Cleaners come every 4 to 6 weeks to do the whole house clean (only $90 total), we do basic maintaining in b/w.

Dishwasher, Air Con/ Heating, Gas hotplates, shower pressure is fine. Gas hot water.

It's $340 rent for a couple, bills are $45-55 a week for a couple. I track it all so you will only pay for your share of the actual bills.

Bond is 2 weeks rent, Single $560, Couple $680.
