We have available one single bed fully furnished good sized bedroom, with two wardrobes, we generally rent our rooms to female international students and employees. The room has good privacy because it doesn't adjoin other bedrooms. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, for water, gas, power, wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. The house is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach for entertainments, shopping and restaurants). The house has nice gardens front and back for sitting.
