I'm a friendly, considerate individual looking to create a warm and welcoming, safe and enjoyable home environment. I am clean and tidy and respectful of other people's space. I work 9 days a fortnight at a local hospital. This house would suit someone who values a clean and tidy environment, who enjoys a peaceful home to retreat to. What I love about living here is the ease of access to the city, beach or hills (one of my favourite weekend activities is a run to the beach). It is conveniently situated close to the bus, train and tram and so it is easy to get around on foot, by bike and without a car. Great location for students studying at either city-based or Flinders Universities. Shops, cafes, a local swimming pool and farmer's markets are all located within easy walking distance. There is a small, low maintenance back garden with a deck as well as garden space out the front, either of which are pleasant places to withdraw to from the busyness of life.
