I live in a town house that is maybe a 30 second walk to the beach. I am offering a large bedroom with ocean views, an air-conditioner/ heater and a built in wardrobe. It is a 10 minute walk to Henley square which is full of cafes and bars. It is also a 10 minute walk to Grange Jetty if you are after somewhere quieter. Being in the middle means the section of the beach closest is often quiet. There is access to two kayaks and a beach umbrella. There is also a carport for extra storage or to park your car funny enough, although parking on the street is normally pretty easy. The house has been updated with new carpet and paint and has a dishwasher. There is a smart TV in the living room with Netflix. The landlords are waiting for council approval to add a driveway into the front yard. It is a great house in a fantastic location.

Great location, just a short drive from the city and the beach, also very close to the bus route. Awesome backyard and shed area. Renovated kitchen and two bathrooms. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and comfortably fits a a queen size bed and desk. I will be looking to fully transfer the lease over to a potential new housemate and possibly some furniture which would come free of charge with the room.
