Hey, so we have two seperate rooms up or rent in our house in Adelaide. Unfortunately the original person has fallen through. We live Fulham Gardens, a 15min walk/5min drive to Henley Beach, 10min drive to West Lakes, 15/20min drive into the city. We have nearby buses that run into the city as well. We're a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house and the room available is 2.6mx3m with no built-in. The other is 2.6mx3m with a built-in. The rest of the house is fully furnished so you'd only need to bring stuff for your room and you'd be set. You'd also be sharing a bathroom with a male and a female. Car-parking is available and we also have a garage that no-one is using currently. This is the best house I have lived in so far! It's really homey. Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas are also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy whilst the house is full. It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk). Now, the great things that often hinder my productivity: - We have a lovely built in BBQ in the backyard - We have an outdoor Spa! The price of the rooms includes the internet.
