We have a diverse group of housemates who are friendly and respectful of each other’s space and but enjoy having a drink occasionally with each other. The age group is between 20 and 29 years...mix of males and females. The property is on 1000sqm and has several private areas. The house is in one of the best streets in West Beach with the beach only minutes walking distance and a small shopping complex just around the corner. All bedrooms and living areas are spacious. Weekly house cleaner and a regular gardener to keep the house a clean and tidy. Our main requirement for our new housemate is that they are clean and tidy. We have had people in the past that promised that they were clean and were for the first week or two until they were not. Please don’t waste our time or your own by asking to see or live in this house if you are not clean and tidy. We have a small dog (a Maltese cross)of our own and unfortunately she does not like dogs bigger than herself. She doesn’t not shed hair and she is allowed to come inside but not unless her owner is inside. Although it seems pretty obvious, we can’t have dogs that bark or are not toilet trained. We prefer dogs that don’t shed hair however if they are to be mainly in your room or outside if you are to leave the house then that is fine! Visitors are welcome, however, not regularly out of respect for the other housemates. Partners are welcome however are not allowed to sleep over more than twice a week. International visitors are most welcome!
