Being in the middle means the section of the beach closest is often quiet. There is access to two kayaks and a beach umbrella. There is also a carport for extra storage or to park your car funny enough, although parking on the street is normally pretty easy. Hi there! Sadly our housemate is moving out with his girlfriend, so we are looking for someone to join Coral and I in this awesome house. Here are a bunch of details - but feel free to text or call if you want to know anything else :) THE HOUSE The house is massive, nice floorboards and just a great space to be in. Awesome gas kitchen too. Very relaxed vibe, we keep it tidy but we don't go nuts with cleaning rosters or anything like that. It just works. The house is fully furnished aside from the bedroom for rent. If you have furniture etc though, more than happy to try and fit it in! We don't own a TV. No one watched it anyway, we all just watched movies etc on our laptops, so we got rid of it - now our lounge is more like a creative space where we study, draw, whatever we want to do :) YOUR ROOM The bedroom for rent comes completely unfurnished. The bedroom is huge, would easily fit a king size bed and other furniture. There is also a narrow storage room backing on to the bedroom which is being used as a walk in robe. There is a ceiling fan in the room, but also the airconditioner in the back of the house points straight into your room, so that can be used also. THE AREA We live a 5 min walk to the beach, there is a huge reserve at the end of the street, there are buses all over and the Grange train stop is a 5 minute walk also. Heaps of Fodlands around or West Lakes shopping centre is a 5 minute drive. Great area. LEASE/BOND There are 4 months left on the lease (ends in Feb). Unsure what we will be doing in Feb at this stage but happy to discuss whether you want to be added to the lease so you can take it over if we do leave? Or if 4 months suits you, happy for you to pay a bond but not go on the lease (to avoid the annoying paperwork!). Anyway - we can chat about this, we are super flexible. BILLS ETC Room is $154 per week. Bills are split evenly 3 ways when they come in. This is gas, water, electricity and internet.
