About the property
Looking for a couple or two singles to take the front of our house for us in a sublease agreement!
You will have the whole front of the house, including two bedrooms (if you are a couple), a living room, bathroom, separate toilet and front door access all to yourself without us intervening. We will share the kitchen and laundry (located also at the front of the house) as well as the backyard, and live out the back in a mostly-separated part of the house.
$450/wk for a couple to take both the rooms, or $250/wk for bedroom 1 and $200/wk for bedroom 2. Bills exclusive. Located on a very quiet street near a retirement home with families on either side. 2 minute drive to Henley beach and a 10 minute walk to the local shopping centre.
