Awesome location is Geelong West. Right next to town and walking distance to Geelong main train station. The apartment is 2 stories and has a large upstairs deck which can view the waterfront. It's a great place to socialize in, with an open area which connects to the deck. House also has air conditioning upstairs. Your bedrooms will be downstairs, with a shared bathroom and comes with a private garage parking spot. House comes mostly furnished, but I am very flexible in terms of updating and getting new furniture and electronics. Sorry I've got the master bedroom with deck, walk in robe and en-suite. I currently live in a two bedroom unit in Newtown across from Joey's. It is a great little place with a seperate dining and living area as well as a split bathroom and bedroom. It is fully furbished in communal areas, you would just need to bring your bed. It also has one lock up garage and visitor parking next to the unit. I am a third year Occupational Therapy student at Deakin Waterfront and I have a couple of part time jobs that keep my busy. I am a bubbly and friendly person who is clean and looking for a room mate who is friendly and clean and tidy. I also have a severe nut allergy, just to take into consideration.
