NOTICE: I'm going to be up in Sydney from Wednesday 17 October to Saturday 27 October, so while the room is available, I'm not going to be there to show you. I can ask one of my housemates if they can show you around, but it might take a bit longer to find a time. Very conveniently located - the property is about 10 minutes walk from Geelong CBD, and 15 minutes from Deakin University Waterfront Campus, and less than 10 minutes walk from Geelong Hospital. There's 3 large bedrooms in the property, which are occupied, and 2 smaller rooms, one of which has been used as a bedroom, and the other as a storage room. House has basics, stove, washing machine and line, etc. Room has some furniture from past roommate - up to you whether you want to keep it or not. The landlord does require you to be added to the lease as co-tenants, and approved by them - I don't think approval is likely to be an problem - hasn't been previously, but just thought you should be aware. For keeping pets, landlord permission is required - he had no objection to Adam getting a cat, though.
Unfortunately I need to leave this amazing space as I'm moving back home for a while. I will be taking my couch so if you have one that’d be handy. This place is right in town so handy to walk wherever you like. Great size room with en suite and walk in wardrobe which is located down stairs. Two amazing housemates upstairs and a study room (potential 4th bedroom. Large kitchen, dinning and living area which has air conditioning also with a sweet court yard to chill in. We pay $20 a fortnight for a cleaner. Internet is cheap and fast. Other bills on top but work out pretty cheap with the three of us. Our 12 month lease is finishing next month, We are yet to speak with the real estate but more than likely extending another 12 months or month to month.
Close to Garden Street shops, walking distance to everything in Geelong. The flat has been recently renovated so is a cosy space with wooden floors, a fireplace, a good kitchen and lots of natural light. I have a dog so she's a definite good part of living here!

Super lovely big house on a quiet street. amazing location! Close to town, the Botanical Gardens and Eastern Beach. House is very laid back and has a very homely feeling. Huge house great for having people stay over. The room itself is large and homely feeling.
