Spacious, cool and comfortable self-contained granny flat with a separate entrance to the main house which is set in a half acre of beautiful gardens. Set in a quiet part of the delightful Berry village, yet just short walk to its famous artisan shops and cafe culture. Just seven minutes drive to the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Peaceful garden setting and walking distance from beautiful Berry's artisan shops and cafés. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area overlooking a verandah and landscaped gardens. The separate bedroom has a queen sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The living area includes a single bed with a trundle underneath it which you can pull out to sleep a second child. The apartment is in the bottom floor of our home, with separate entry and key. As it is attached to our house, you will hear our normal household noise. We have three children and two small dogs living in the main house. Pets: We keep driveway gate open so the perimeter is not secure. However if you have a small to medium dog which never strays, is quite calm, house trained, doesn't bark too much and is friendly to children and other dogs then he/she is welcome. If you have a cat, that's ok if kept indoors (we love our wild birds!) and he/she is litter trained. This is a no smoking home.
