About the flatmates
Hello potential new housemate.
As you see above, we have a nice 3 bedroom house, and one room has now become available. The other 2 rooms accommodate your housemates- 2 very nice gentlemen, both of whom are tidy, respectful and easy to get along with.
No pets in the home. Although your word be considered if you have one.
About us:
We are an older semi-retired (young-at-heart) couple, living in our own tiny house at the back of our main house.
I'm a local Aussie, Kiji is Japanese (but now an Aussie at heart).
We love the outdoors, supporting our communities and caring for our beautiful environment.
I work in Aged care.
We like sharing our home, have done so for many years, very amicably in all cases. Now our children have left home we do like to have young people to see, and occasionally share a meal with, if that can work out. (Not a necessity)
Recent change in family circumstances means we now seek 2 or 3 new people to welcome into our home, medium/longterm.
We are easy going, only requiring our new housemates to care for our home well, and to be supportive and respectful to each other, keeping a warm, peaceful atmosphere in the home.
As hosts, be assured that we will always be caring and supportive towards you. We have strong family values, and will regard our housemates as family.
