Valid reason why my apartment is higher price than most, cheap considering, you only need to bring your bed which is standard hygiene. Highly secure building, and offstreet parking, try find long term parking in Wollongong cbd for a week that’s not paid... impossible, it’s worth that in rent alone. The building has a reputation for having high security, safe, good cctv, being proactively run by a decent building manager. Popular with professionals, especially health workers and for it’s convenience close to hospitals, Wollongong cbd, and transport. Body corporate unit complex rules are it is to be contained within your unit, not impact on residents (we have shift workers and families). I'm sole lessee. It’s requested all potential long term flatmates to complete an application for additional occupant approval (I have the forms). Once approved your share of security bond standard 4 week split paid (paid off gradually in addition to rent, under a negotiated written tenancy agreement fine too) You can move in and given responsibility of your own set of keys. Courtesy when inviting guests and family, inform the other flatmate especially length of stay or overnight stay, no more than once a week negotiable, no longer then 24 hr period. No freeloading squatters, family or friends (includes partner, no couples stipulated in listing). It’s only 2 bedroom, and approved 2 occupants only, no long term guests especially considering I have the same respect to you. Utilities in my name and paid monthly, my last combined bill gas, electricity & hot water was approx. $75 split with flatmate.
