About the property
Three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Ducted air-conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans in two of the rooms. Fast internet. Hard floors throughout the house except bedrooms making cleaning a breeze. There a decent sized back deck that gets sun for most of the day. Fully furnished but can definitely make adjustments to suit if someone has furniture they would like to bring with them. The price is if one other person moves in but if the other two rooms are taken its just over $320 each.

Im a 35 year old male who works on the powerlines in sydney. Im pretty active and like to spend my free time outdoors exploring or catching up with friends and family. I work afternoons so for most people working a regular day job we wouldn't really cross paths until the weekend. I like to keep the house and yard tidy and have the time with my shift to get everything done in the mornings before work. I have a dog floki who is a big softy and gets along with every dog and loves attention from people. He doesnt like to be left behind and is usually with me when im out and about.

Hi, I'm Alex im 35 living in the corrimal area. I live a fairly active lifestyle outdoors enjoying things like bushwalking with my dog Floki, exploring new places, fishing, diving, road trips and catching up with family and friends. I am looking for someone to move in as my current housemate is moving out November. The house has three bedrooms and a study so the right person can move in straight away. Also has a nice backyard and a decent sized garage for all those extra bits and pieces. I work afternoons so im home for the first part of the day and then at work until midnight. I like to keep a clean and tidy house as I have the time through the day to do so.
