Hi,
I’m Kellie and I have two cats and two greyhounds, so you need to be okay with pets. They are all very sweet. I’m 44 years old, but young at heart. I have a very dry sense of humour, so I hope to live with people who aren’t easily offended.
I love to cook and I like to keep a clean home.
I love the outdoors, especially looking for gold and going fishing. I love walking my dogs too.
The house is very large and it would be nice to have some help with maintenance. Mowing lawns, gardening etc.
As part of your lease, you’ll have access to a spa and a movie room. We will all share a laundry and gourmet kitchen, but I can arrange for you to have your own pantry space, fridge and freezer. You can also use the veggie patch to plant what you like.
Rent includes wifi, gas, and water, but depending on electricity prices, I may need you to help out from time to time, it will just depend on how often you use the aircon in your part of the house.
I have my own ensuite, so we wouldn’t share a bathroom, but you’d need to be comfortable with sharing your space with one other house mate. You’ll share a lounge room with one other person, but the bedrooms have tv points,
So you can also hang your own TV.
I just came out of a DV relationship, so it’s important for me to feel safe in my home.
I’m not working right now. I’m looking for something that I want to spend the rest of my life doing that will bring me joy.
