Unanderra, Wollongong

We’re looking for the right person to join our household in Unanderra from late December or early January.

This is a shared home with four working professionals and a very friendly labradoodle, so we’re keen to find someone whose lifestyle and expectations align well with how the house runs.

Who you’d be living with:
• Saxon (project manager) and Kate (teacher)
• Tara (mental health nurse)
• Kieran (project manager)
• Happy, our labradoodle 🐶

We’ve all lived in share houses before and value a place that feels calm, respectful, and comfortable. Weekdays are generally quiet with everyone working, and while we’re not a party house, we do enjoy the occasional shared dinner, catch-up, or having friends over now and then.

The house:
• Spacious, modern, Hamptons-style home
• Fully furnished common areas (your room can include a queen bed and frame if needed, or be unfurnished)
• 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living areas
• Pool and outdoor entertaining space
• Around 10 minutes to the beach and Wollongong CBD

The room:
• $300/week including bills.
• Built-in wardrobe
• Shared bathroom (shared with one other)
• Plenty of space, so the house never feels crowded

What we’re looking for:
Someone clean, considerate, and comfortable sharing a home with others (and a dog). We look after the pool and gardens and just expect everyone to pull their weight in shared spaces. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who values a relaxed, well-functioning household and is here for more than just a room.
