Hi we have a Large Bedroom with Ensuit and Veranda overlooking the backyard and river for rent on Wyong River. We are in our early to late 20's. We have a small quiet dog and 3 rabbit lawnmowers. We are very easy going and respectful and would like the same. We have people around on hot days for BBQ and swimming and sometimes a big fire in the back yard. We drink occasionally but there is to be no drugs whatsoever on the property at anytime. We all work and understand that everyone needs their sleep on weeknights so please keep this in mind. There is ample kitchen space and there will be a cleaner for common areas and bathrooms every fortnight. Really great house and very friendly people. The house is on Wyong river and is a short walk to Wyong train station and only 2 stops to Ourimbah University. Bills are roughly $25 a week per person in the house. (Effectively makes the rent $275pw) Rent can be negotiated if willing to take responsibility for some housekeeping otherwise you are only responsible for yourself, your room and anything you use.
