About the flatmates
I'm offering rooms in my fully furnished and architecturally designed house in Ourimbah to Uni students or full time single workers to share. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a very quiet street. Walking distance to Ourimbah train station. Spacious bedrooms and living area, open kitchen, timber floor. Tenants must be clean and responsible for all existing furniture provided, and also share duties cleaning the common area. Please be considerate that university students need to study, so no loud music allowed in the whole house. 2 weeks bond required and always 2 weeks upfront front rent required too. $30 a week towards all bills. Personal references are required before moving in. No pets.
