Hi all! We are currently in a great place in Norwood, but due to new work opportunities interstate, are currently in the process of moving out of our leased property. As such, there is a 4 bedroom house coming up for grabs that's ideally located nearby to the city. The current lease is only 2 months in to its 12 month period, so ideally we are looking for up to 4 people to move in and take our places! (If you're in a group, please let me know!) The property is an older home, with double brick insulation throughout. The ceiling are quite high, and it has a definite character to it. Some more features: * The room vary in size slightly, with the smallest being roughly 2.5m x 3.5m. * Kitchen includes an electric stovetop, electric oven and cupboard space. * The single bathroom comprises of a shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity. The house is in a really good location, quiet and peaceful area but not too far away from everything in the city. The free bus 98 99 is just around the corner. The house is old, but cozy. We have new hot water system and heater so it is no so bad in the winter. In the summer it is nice and cool in side. There is a back yard where we can chill together or a barbecue sometimes ( so far only plan :(, got stuffs ready but havent got time yet.)
