I have Ducted gas heating in every room with zone control (really warm in winter) and evaporate air conditioning in all rooms, continuous gas hot water service (hot water never runs outs) ceiling fans in every room, modern kitchen and bathroom. $160 per week includes unlimited NBN internet, Foxtel and Netflix. Hi there! My girlfriend and I are currently looking for someone to move into one of our spare rooms. Perfect for a student studying at Unisa Mawson Lakes Campus or working around the Northern Suburbs. Bus stop right on the door stop, going in one direction to the city (approx 45 mins) and to Tea Tree Plaza (15-30 mins) in the other direction. We have air conditioning, great fireplace, large lounge room and dining room. Whilst there's currently a study, this could be used as a third bedroom in future if we all agree on a fourth housemate. We are happy to consider some pets, but we must mention that we currently have two dogs therefore cannot accept any more cats or dogs. Our dogs are very friendly though, and will get along with rabbits, rats, birds etc. Caitlin and I have been renting here for a few years now, and are happy with the house and it's condition.
