This place is stunning, so much character and charm and the rooms are brand new having being freshly renovated. The previous owners were an older Greek couple and they looked after this place immaculately (if anyone’s a gardener/loves greenery, you won’t be disappointed here). Great location and a great street. Not far from everything, Modbury hospital, Lyell Mac hospital, Mawson lakes campus, tea tree plaza, parafield airport, even the city isn’t that far away. The rooms are very large rooms, a lot of space and you’ll feel right at home that’s for sure. There’s lots of direct public transport options from Bridge Road for a straightforward commute.

About the flatmates
The property is absolutely amazing, a lot of charm. The room itself is very large, the master bedroom of the house, with your own private balcony, so if you are looking for a large room, you won’t be disappointed this room is about double the size of a normal bedroom and it’s freshly renovated so everything is brand new! It’s an all guys house, everyone’s late 20’s young professionals. It’s a great set of guys, very respectful and easy to communicate with, always up for a chat. We value a clean space, so if you’re super messy then this probably isn’t the place for you. In terms of the property, all rent is inclusive of electricity, high speed internet and water (all bills essentially) and the room is fully furnished. If it sounds like a fit for you then reach out! It’s a great place.
