I work in the video game biz so if you're into gaming then you might fit right in. We have 100Mbit Fibre NBN! it's on the fastest tier possible ... unlimited netflix! The room is becoming vacant in7 days. There's a total of 5 'rooms' in the property for residents - 3 are outside separate studio type rooms and the other 2 are inside rooms. 4 are currently tenanted, and 1 is now available. This listing is for one of the outside studio's which is are self contained type rooms with aircon, fridge, bed, cupboard, side draw and a small table. Furniture can be negotiated if not needed. This is for one of the outside rooms.
