One of the available rooms is bright and quite big. Easily fits a queen bed plus extras (see photos for how it is currently furnished - there is also one of it unfurnished), has an inbuilt wardrobe. The other room is even bigger. Currently has queen bed and desk in it (no photos yet). The house is right next to Unley Road and super close to town and everything Unley Road offers. Off road parking for each car is available and there is also free unlimited parking on the street. Both housemates are moving out in February so looking for people to move in then.

We have available one single bed fully furnished generous sized room, we generally (but not always) rent our rooms to foreign female students and employees. The house is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping, restaurants and entertainments). The room is at the front of the house, so natural light and outlook are both good, and is shaded by a front verandah so it doesn’t get direct sun. The room has its own small private two seat lounge with a TV. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, the kitchen is well appointed and has been renovated. The house has lawns front and back and some outdoor chairs. Hey all, I have been at this property for 6 months and love it. unfortunately, the awesome couple who i lived with are leaving town, so i need to find some new house mates! The house has 3 bedrooms, so i am looking for either 2 new people or a couple. I have little to no furniture, so will be looking for someone with all that stuff. But we can acquire anything that is missing (necessities, like a nutribullet or soldering machine). The house is in a great location, only a block from the Unley street shops, a <5min drive to coles/woolies. There is a bike lane all the way into the city (which takes me <15mins to ride each morning), and 3+ pubs within walking range. There is on street parking, or offstreet parking (though only one driveway, so some juggling does occur)) Finally, there is a MASSIVE SHED out the back, ready for any DIY'er or car enthusiast. I am a full time engineer in the city. I play rugby and touch rugby, and hit the bike trails in the wknd for some adrenaline. I enjoy a beer, a wine, or a white Russian, but especially all three.
