Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice two-level unit which is available from the second week of May. The current lease expires in July 2018, but can be extended for another 6 months. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. You'll get the bigger room (and would therefore pay slightly more) with plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The living room is big, albeit a little empty. We have plenty of cooking utensils, but I do not cook at all, so the kitchen is all yours. You also get your own parking spot. The house is on Davenport Terrace - a nice, quiet street in Wayville. It is a 5 minute walk to the Greenhill road tram stop. The city is ten minutes by tram. There are also frequent buses that go through the city. Bond is actually $930(flatmates wouldn't let me set it to more than 4 weeks). The rent is $170 per week for the room, and is paid fortnightly. This does not include the bills - electricity, water and gas. The internet bill is $43 per month per person. Looking for someone who is clean and quiet. The house is located on Goodwood Road, close walking distance to a Woolworths and Big W, with the bus on your doorstop heading to the city / Northern suburbs one way, and Flinders Uni / Marion the other. It's also a short walk to the showgrounds, and King William Road, with Unley Road, the tram line and South Road also a short venture away. With a brick wall and automatic gate, the house boasts great privacy from the main road. Surrounded in all directions with well-maintained garden space, it's double-bricked to stay cool in summer and warm in winter, with ducted heating and cooling throughout and a separate split system in both rooms. The house is quite large, with a formal sitting room and guest bedroom at the front and a master room (not for rent) where the landlord lives with her own bathroom and study. There are two rooms for rent, which share a bathroom that includes the laundry. Both are generously sized, and come furnished with a double bed, large walk in robes, a bar fridge, large TV built in and a blu ray player. We also have a doggo, Brodie - he's getting a bit older now but if you need a walking or jogging buddy, he's your guy! The ideal housemates will be students or young professionals, who are friendly and capable of living in a shared situation. The house is not a party house so please respect that, but that's not to say you aren't able to socialise!

Location is fantastic, where uber's to the city cost about $7 and also within walking distance to Villi's 24 hour bakery for all your late night cravings. Multiple bus stops nearby, as well as park, chemist, bottle shop, coles, etc etc. The house itself house a decent sized back yard equipped with BBQ, air conditioning, garage, whilst the room itself comes with a wee chest of drawers. There is an en-suite bathroom in one of the taken rooms so the current one, including a bath, will have to be shared between two but I'm hardly ever in there.
