About the property
I am seeking a reliable and responsible person to share my home in Goodwood. The house is a secure, two bedroom stone cottage with lofty ceilings, lots of light, a large rear yard and two living areas. Nothing fancy, but very functional and cosy.
The vacant bedroom is at the front of the house with built in robes and storage. It is very private and quiet as it is away from the living areas with an easterly aspect to catch the morning rays. Happy to help with a few items of furniture if needed...
Located within minutes of tram, bus, and train and adjacent to the Goodwood shopping strip and Capri cinema.
It has a large, dine in kitchen, two living /lounge areas and an extra study/storage room which is also available for discussion...
I hope to find an open and honest housemate who is flexible, has a sense of humour and shares my "live and let live" attitude. Mutual privacy and respect given and expected.

I am an active, mature, educated male with many personal interests and tastes. I am a relaxed bloke who enjoys reading, music, a bit of sport and a movie now and then. I am semi-retired, have some care giving responsibilities for a sibling with disabilities and work as a technical writer.
I enjoy a chat and a glass of vino over dinner, the odd binge of whatever and find my relaxation via my laggardly gardening, regular beach visits and daily cycling at a meandering pace (no lycra).
