The living rooms in my house are facing north so are warm in winter and cool in summer. Fully insulated house. It is just five minutes walk to the beach and shops. Small town. Quiet street. You would need to connect your own WiFi.

Ideally they'd be able to go on a six month lease with me. The bedroom is upstairs and is the main bedroom with ensuite , has a nice view into the valley and a walk in wardrobe. I currently don't have any furniture so if you do that's a plus not a negative, I'll be investing in some as soon as they move out though (14th April). There is a double lock up garage, will be a spare bedroom and also storage cupboards and "wine cellar" if you need a place to put your things. I have a dog who gets along with other dogs if you have one too, probably prefer no cats as I'm not sure how my dog is with cats. Looking for someone stable who can sign a lease with me for at least six months, pays rent on time, is pretty clean, doesn't mind a chat or beer at the end of the day and likes dogs. The house has a great view from the balcony, lovely to have a coffee or a wine on and overlook the valley. It's located at the bottom of a driveway in a complex of five houses, but it feels very private and is off the road away from noise and people walking by. Fairly modern, (10ish years) with everything you need.

Available June 1st*** The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, a 5-min walk to the plaza, a 10 minute stroll to Coffs Creek and a 20 minute beach walk to the Jetty Markets. ~ The unit is fully furnished but I can provide a timber bed, mattress and 2 matching bedside tables or I can see them and you furnish the room. The room for rent is the larger out of the two rooms. It has built-in double mirrored sliding door closet. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $195 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra charges the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my current or previous flatmate but has happened in the past. ~ I’m preferably looking for someone who either works full-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy, respectful and preferably a non-smoker. ~ You will not be on the lease but will be subletting so it will still have to be passed through NSW Real Estate – People with bad tenant history need not apply.
