This stunning heritage house, built in 1910 is situated on the Yamba side of Maclean, with beautiful waterfront views from the picturesque Victorian lacework balconies, and is conveniently located within a few mins walking distance from Town cafes and shops, plus due to it’s central location, it is only a short drive to all the best beach and surf locations in all directions; (Yamba, Iluka, Brooms Head etc), and just under an hour South of Ballina / Byron Bay.

The house is fully furnished and styled with high quality antique furniture and furnishings, with all amenities included. There is a lounge and dining room area downstairs, with French doors leading out to a lovely verandah overlooking the river. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials included, and a bathroom and separate toilet downstairs, and a second toilet upstairs. Both bedrooms available are fully set up with comfortable beds. There are 3 rooms in the house, however, only 2 people will be occupying the entire house full-time (with the 2 rooms available to rent.) The 3rd room will be used by me during the day, but not to sleep in, (except the odd occasion).

This entire house is usually run as a 5 star Guest House, however, a unique opportunity has arisen to apply for room rental at at a weekly price of $290 (that is less than the usual nightly price when run as Holiday Accom!) There are 2 rooms available for approximately 3 to 6 months, (with the possibility of extending if all goes well.)

We are looking for like minded people to join our beautiful property who are working full-time, into healthy living, clean, respectful, friendly, quiet (not a party house), and are non-smokers + drug free, with good references. (Sorry, no pets).

$290/ week per room + bills.

Please Note: I also have a separate lovely self-contained studio available to rent for $370/wk plus bills which will be available again in Feb. It is surrounded by pretty gardens and has a claw foot bath. Feel free to enquire about that rental also, and I can give you more details.
