I am looking to find a mature aged person, maybe 35yrs+ to occupy the downstairs. You do need to be employed however my real estate will accept some Centerlink payments. There are 2 very large rooms, freshly painted and tiled. There is also a small storage room and a shower and toilet. Security screens with natural light from 3 sliding doors and windows.It is very private and you would have your own entrance. One of the rooms leads out to a lawn/garden area which has an under cover sitting area which can be seen in the photos.That room is also air conditioned.
