The house is a two storey four bedroom house located Springfield Lakes. The house is partly furnished. No storage space. Perfect for someone looking to just move in with their bed and personal belongings.
The upstairs has a kitchen and lounge room, dining room, outside alfresco patio area, three bedrooms being a master bedroom with ensuite which I reside in on the opposite end of the house.
The property is a five minute drive from Springfield Central Orion and Springfield Central Station and 4 minute walk to the bus stop. There are also beautiful walks around the area if you like going for an afternoon bike ride, walk or run.
