The room is a nicely sized room with a large built in wardrobe and is fit for a double bed (the bed in the pics is a double). The window is excellent for some lovely ventilation/breezes and is not super hot in the summer or super cold in the winter. Tons of hooks already in place for you to hang your lovely artworks/posters of dreamy musicians (If you need/want it, the bed frame is available for $10). The flat is an excellent size, good sized kitchen, dining, and living area. You will have your own split toilet/bathroom laundry (and a bath/shower with jets that is excellent for chillaxing). You can park your car either off street in the carspaces for the flat complex, or there in ample on-street parking. An easy 5-10 min walk to Coles/movies and around the corner from a bus stop.
