Hello potential housemates! My name is Georgia and I’m a 26 year old public servant and I’m looking for another person to join my share house. You’d be sharing with me, Nick, who is also a public servant, and my cat Iris. We have a studio with ensuite (with shower) for rent in our Narrabundah share house. It’s in a prime inner-south location right near St Edmond’s College, only a 10 minute drive (or 15 mins on the bus) to Civic, and around 12 mins to Woden. The Griffith shops are our local. The studio is separated from the main house but the kitchen and lounge are shared spaces, and it’s a super cosy space that’s great for those who enjoy a little extra room. We would love to fill the room with someone a similar age, who is clean and respectful, and could contribute to Georgia’s love of houseplants. Someone who smokes outdoors is fine (there’s a nice patio area which will be great during the warmer months) and one of your housemates is vegan, so a like-minded individual would also be sweet. Room is available from 28th August, rent $520 a fortnight and bond $660. If this sounds like the place for you, drop me a line :). Georgia
