About the property
Room available in a large, homey share house. Comes with a double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe.
Who we are looking for:
Our house is an all-female, LGBTIQ+ friendly space. I am ideally looking for individuals who are employed full-time and not room hermits. The house is sizeable and the space is to be used.
That being said, I am also looking for individuals who are independent and happy to do their own thing. Really, a balance between someone who is friendly and happy to chat/have the occasion bevy, but respectful of personal space.
The place itself is great. It includes ducted heating, dishwasher, wooden floors, a large backyard which is fully secure and directly adjacent to beautiful woodlands in Narrabundah. Fire pit n daybed are staple backyard items under a massive mulberry tree that gives great shade during summer. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.
Another key criterion is cleanliness of shared spaces especially the kitchen. The house cleaning is on a weekly rotation, so you only clean once every 3 weeks. Let’s keep it simple!! I'd like housemates who take the initiative to clean without having to be asked - of course this goes for me as well!

The house has been a 'share house' for some time so seeking a broad like-minded person to share a friendly, clean and an uncluttered space. Cleaning is rotated on a weekly basis - meaning you would only need to clean once every 3 weeks - lets keep things simple!
Housemate and I are public servants plus I own my own business. This means I am often out a lot. When I am around I am always up for a bevy and a chat.
In my spare time I love being active. This often means going to the gym, out cycling or grabbing a meal with friends. The back yard is sizable with a comfy day bed under a massive mulberry tree and fire pit to toast marshmallows.
Utilities/bills/unlimited wifi/Netflix is an additional $55 per week - so weekly rental payment of $365.
