We are looking to fill a large master suite in a great share house with a person who is easy going, friendly and tidy. The unit has an allocated off street car port that is not currently in use. The unit is in a fairly quiet building, well laid out and functional. I have unlimited Optus internet available which includes a Fetch package that is paid in the asking rental price, as is a share of the power bill. I also have a Netflix account that I'm happy to share access to, along with an AppleTV and Xbox One that we can negotiate access to, or on which you can create/add your own accounts. The bedroom is good size, has a dresser with mirror, built-in walk-in wardrobe, double bed, and side tables. There is other furniture around the unit that I'd be happy to see used in the room if you so desired. The entire unit is fully furnished by the owner, including beds, linen (including towels, blankets, pillows etc), dishes (cups, knives forks etc), TV, DVD, lounge, everything you could need - just bring a suitcase. If you have your own furniture, we will need to make arrangements for that. The current rental agreement runs through to 2 March 2019, so any 'housemate agreement' between us will need to have that as the limit too, pending circumstances in March. There is only one bathroom that will need to be shared, but it is rather large, has a bath and a seperate large shower. The one bathroom is why I am seeking only an individual and not a couple. I have no problems with "sleep over guests" but these would need to be short-term and it is ESSENTIAL that this be arranged as early as possible before hand. There are plenty of shelves and cupboards, and a near-empty book case too. The asking rental price is literally half of the monthly rent plus roughly half the power and internet bills. I am happy to negotiate the price, but please don't expect too much of a difference.

Buses also pass by frequently to the city along Wentworth Ave. One of two possible rooms will be available upstairs depending on interest. The larger room ($172pw) can fit a double bed, the smaller room ($160pw) can only fit a single. Both have build in robes and an off street covered car space is available. While the available rooms are a little small, the overall apartment is spacious, with a large lounge room and separate kitchen and dinning room.
