The apartment is located in the Avalon Apartment complex, which is a short walk to the Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets and a few minutes drive to Kingston and Manuka shops. While I rented the apartment as unfurnished, I have been able to furnish the entire apartment (washing machine, fridge, furniture etc.) except your bedroom.
