There is a pool, gym and tennis court for your use in the complex. The available bedroom has exclusive use of the main bathroom and opens onto a balcony overlooking leafy and quiet Kennedy Street. There is a built in wardrobe and the room would easily fit a queen size bed. You don’t have a car park but there are always plenty of free under cover visitor’s spaces so you will rarely need to park outdoors. There is also bike parking available in the underground car park. The apartment is large. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living and dining area, reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, and 2 balconies (complete with a herb garden). The apartment itself has a large communal living space and there’s also a lovely little outdoor area that gets late morning sun (a BBQ would be a great addition for summer nights!). The house is generally quite a tidy place and it’s very quiet in the area at night time. Not suitable for couples.
