The place is three bed/two bathroom but I’m not renting out all of the rooms, which means you’d have a bathroom to yourself unless there are guests around. I’ve also got Foxtel Now set up and NBN. The place has ducted heating/cooling and is completely freestanding so no noise from the neighbours. There’s also parking in a garage and on the street if you need. I’m in a really convenient part of Narrabundah – close to the foreshore and Manuka shops, and a short stroll to the Narrabundah shops.
