The apartment building has a lovely setting and all windows etc overlook the surrounded by trees/gardens etc. It has both a front deck and a rear courtyard with a small garden shed for storage. The front deck comes with a large BBQ. The apartment is clean, tidy and modern and fully carpeted throughout (excluding bathroom, kitchen & European laundry). The apartment is completely furnished; queen bed, couch, dining table, coffee table, TV unit, TV, washing machine & dryer), vacuum cleaner etc (all of a high standard). I love to cook and the kitchen is also fully stocked up. The apartment comes with an underground secure car park. Rent is $996.50 per calendar month (plus $996.50 bond); this includes gas and water. Only additional bills are electricity and tv/internet. There is a tram stop directly out the front of the apartment (70 and 75); Glenferrie and Hawthorn train stations are a 15-20 walk, or less if you catch the tram some of the way.

It's an old house, freshly renovated, furnished and we are first lucky tenants. So the room includes a double size bed, desk and a wardrobe. So with a little bit of creativity you'll be able to turn in into own little kingdom also it's a very bright place because the windows are facing north, west and south. The house is primely located on Carson Crescent street, 750m away from Hawthorn train station, 1km away from Glenferrie station, 1km from Swinburne Uni and 350m away from the nearest tram stop. The 75 and 70 tram are a 3-5 minute walk away. It takes around 20 minutes to get to CBD . Quality restaurants and a great cafe less than 10min walk with plenty more in nearby Hawthorn and Richmond . A gym, swimming pool, Lido cinema, post office, and 7-11, Woolies, Coles, Chemist wearhouse are within 10-12 minute walk. There are several nearby parks for a run, cycle or a walk. We are looking for someone in similar age (25-33), preferably a female but we are opened to males also. Due to housing regulation we cannot allow couples to move in. We like social people so being an extrovert is a must. It’s located in a small apartment complex and is split over 2 levels with living and dining downstairs (with a half bath) and also a decent size outdoor patio. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are located upstairs and the large room (4.1m x 3.5m) comes complete with a double wardrobe, a split system air con/heater and a large window which gets the morning sun. The room comes unfurnished and if you have a washing machine or outdoor setting, that’s a bonus as my current housemate will be taking these otherwise I’m happy to sort these out. All other living/dining room furniture shown in the photos will remain. The rent also includes an undercover garaged car park.
